This Duplex was completed late last year, the job is founded on rock on heavily graded block. There was a lot of extensive work in the foundations but nothing too tricky for Nitro Building due to its sister company Nitro Civil which has extensive experience with works in the ground.
Both dwellings consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, spacious living and entertainment areas with excellent views of the national park.
There were various changes throughout the job to make the build more cost-efficient and effective for the clients

This Development completed in March 2018, consists of 8 x 3 bedroom luxury townhouses with a tanked underground basement (constructed below the water table)
The basement construction consists of a castec wall which is a continuously poured concrete wall around the perimeter, the external wall consists of core filled blockwork and brickwork with the GF and FF being reinforced concrete slabs
The job took just over a year to complete and all 8 townhouses were purchased by DHA Defence housing Australia.

This 2 Storey Luxury home was completed in 2016 consists of 4 x bedroom, 4 x bathrooms and a pool.
The 2 storey home consists of facebrick externally with the internal walls and ff being constructed out of hebel, which is a lightweight construction that has great acoustic and insulative properties
